Our story

Meet Purnima, the hands behind Zestora

Zestora comes from "zest": flavour, freshness and energy. Purnima started it in her Bangalore home kitchen to share the bakes and podis she has always made for her own family.

Powders are roasted in batches small enough for one stove, cookies are shaped by hand, and brownies go into the box the day they come out of the oven.

How long do the bakes stay fresh?

Brownies and tea cake are best within 3–4 days at room temperature, or a week refrigerated. Cookies stay crisp for 2–3 weeks in an airtight box.

How long do the powders last?

Spice powders keep for 2–3 months in a dry, airtight container. Always use a dry spoon. Flours and health mixes are best within 6 weeks.

Do you make eggless bakes?

Yes. Mention "eggless" in the note when you check out and we'll bake your order without eggs.

Can I order for gifting or in bulk?

Yes, for festivals, return gifts and office orders. Send us the quantity and date on WhatsApp and we'll share a quote.

Do you deliver bakes outside Bangalore?

Not yet. Bakes are Bangalore-only so they reach you fresh. Powders and mixes can be couriered anywhere in India.

How do I pay?

Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we share UPI details. Cash is also fine for kitchen pickup.
